I am adept at meeting clients where they are and joining them in the process of exploring and implementing the changes they want and need to make in order to pursue their present-day and lifelong goals. I utilize a variety of therapy models and techniques including Client-Centered Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Narrative Therapy in order to support individuals and couples, as they enhance their overall function in life and love.
