I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for Millennials and couples and assisting them in reaching their personal and relational goals.

Treatment Orientation/Approach to Therapy

I approach my work with clients by creating a safe and sacred space to express your most intimate feelings and thoughts without fear or concern of judgment. I am adept at meeting clients where they are and joining them in the process of exploring and implementing the changes they want and need to make in order to pursue their present-day and lifelong goals. I utilize a variety of therapy models and techniques including Client-Centered Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Narrative Therapy in order to support individuals and couples, as they enhance their overall function in life and love.
